Andre Hutley

 

In April 2009 Andre took over the ownership of Vantage NZ, having joined the company in August 2004.  He had previously been a client for 5 years.

 

Since the year 2000 Andre has personally built up a substantial property portfolio.

 

This includes residential and commercial - comprising free-standing houses, apartments and blocks of flats.

He has also completed an inner-city, re-development of a commercial building into 4 residential apartments.

 

As a result, Andre brings a range of skills to Vantage, including :

 

• a passion for property investing

• an in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of the central Wellington residential market

• a background in analysis and statistical data

• long-standing relationships with key contacts in the Wellington property market

• extensive negotiation and project management skills.

 

Prior to his appointment at Vantage NZ, he held a number of managerial roles with Mobil Oil NZ Limited for 14 years.

 

Andre is from Palmerston North, but we won’t hold that against him!

He now loves living in Woburn, Lower Hutt, with his wife Julianne and their 4 children.

Mark Roberts

  

Mark joined Vantage in June 2013 having worked in the ASB Broker Unit for 4 years. During his time at ASB Mark won the 2012 Super Achiever Award beating a number of other high performing broker specialists nationally.

Mark worked with Andre on a number of investment deals during this time and the knowledge gained from these lead Mark to jump at an opportunity to join Andre and the Vantage team.

 

Having helped a number of clients get into investment property over the last 4 years Mark and his wife Hayley recently joined the investment ladder.

 

In his spare time Mark enjoys soccer, cricket and fishing, spending time with his children and cooking.

Neil Henderson

  

Neil has over 30 years experience in the financial and insurance industry. He has been a Financial Adviser since 2000 and prior to that had 12 years specialising in finance and insurance in the motor industry and several years in banking.

 

Neil looks after our clients Personal Risk Protection Insurance and Kiwisaver. In consultation with you, Neil will assist you in tailoring an insurance package to cover you and your family within your budget. He can also assist with Kiwisaver, having helped several hundred clients set up their Kiwisaver and getting them saving for their retirement.

 

He has a Diploma of Business Studies endorsed in 'Personal Financial Planning' and is a member of the Institute of Financial Advisers.

 

Neil is a born and bred Wellingtonian and lives in Lower Hutt with his wife Sheryl. He enjoys walking his dog, Cody (Border Collie), golf, mountain biking and road cycling. He likes getting out for a good long bike ride on the weekends and can be seen clocking up the k's leading up to the Taupo Cycle Challenge each year. Neil has been a member of his local BNI Chapter for 16 years.
